The firm provides assistance to business clients with respect to the proper preparation and filing of notices of commencement, notices to owners, claims of lien, contractors' affidavits, bonding requirements, foreclosure of and defenses to claims of lien.

Through our Attorney for Attorneys program, Avis & Avis PA offers a full range of real estate services to members of the bar. As an AV-Preeminent firm with a Florida Bar Board Certified Real Estate Attorney, we handle many transactions for attorneys, from contract through closing. We often assist attorneys and firms which do not have a real estate or title department. We can handle your real estate transaction from beginning to end or we can advise, prepare documents, review title, provide title insurance and prepare the matter for a closing which you attend. We have assisted sole practitioners, small firms, probate attorneys, personal injury attorneys and matrimonial attorneys. Our charges are reasonable and are usually paid at closing. We handle transactions for attorneys involving conveyances from trusts or probate estates, short sales from estates, commercial property transfers, lease transactions and all residential transactions: single family, condos and cooperatives.
